Backorders - Zivaano women's shoes size EU 42, 43, 44, 45 46

Zivaano is a unique brand for women's shoes in larger sizes (plus sizes). Everything you'll see on our website you won't find elsewhere and all of our styles are designed by ourselves. We keep low stock and carry small collections.
At Zivaano you're not just a number so and so much in a mass producing organization. At Zivaano personal contact is key.
All of our shoes are handmade in little factories in Europe.
Have you found an amazing style however it's not in your size available (anymore)? Nothing to worry about! We offer you the possibility to backorder. The shoes will be specially made for you. Because we don't have the item on stock the lead time is somewhat longer.

After you have completed the request for a backorder (see contact form) we will enquire with the factory if the leather and possible accessories are still on stock and request an estimated delivery time.
When we have received all information we'll come back to you. After you have given a go-ahead and paid a 30% advance payment the backorder is complete. For backorder we'll charge the original list price + 10% extra.

In the contact form you can fill required information:
- Category (ankle boots/ sandals/ sneakers/ heels/ etc)
- Name of the style
- Requested shoe size

Please note: in case of backorders we don't accept returns.
